They approached Digitingo for brochure and flyer design for an upcoming plot development project.
Our Solution
We designed a mini brochure and flyer for Urban Land's upcoming project, Garden City, maintaining a cohesive earthy green and cream theme. This color palette was chosen to emphasise the lush greenery surrounding the property and evoke feelings of freshness and comfort for potential buyers. Additionally, I developed detailed location and plot maps, translating CAD files and hand-drawn sketches provided by the client into polished, easy-to-understand visuals that seamlessly integrated with the overall design. The result was a marketing package that beautifully conveyed the essence of Garden City.
